Database Space Recommendations

Gracenote recommends a minimum of 20 GB of free space to store all entity metadata references in a relational database. The database should normalize Sources, Schedules, Programs, and Celebrities references in separate tables, and maintain a proper schema for many-to-many object associations.

Note: This recommended space does not include actual server space for image assets themselves. You should manage images separately from storage of program and schedule metadata.
